Description of Services<\/h3>

The Website enables the sale of products (olive oil and related products)\nthrough the WooCommerce webshop, as well as providing information about the\nactivities and work of the Association.<\/p>

Registration and Orders<\/h3>

Purchases in the webshop can be made without registration.<\/p>

The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when\nplacing an order.<\/p>

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment the customer receives\nan order confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>

Prices and Payment<\/h3>

All prices are expressed in [EUR]<\/strong> and include VAT, unless otherwise\nstated.<\/p>

The Association reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.<\/p>

Payment is made using the methods available in the webshop (e.g. card\npayment, bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice).<\/p>

Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

The Association shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of\nthe Website, technical difficulties, temporary unavailability of the webshop,\nor errors in the payment system.<\/p>

Intellectual Property<\/h3>

All content on the Website is protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use\nof the content is not permitted.<\/p>

Protected Designation of Origin<\/h3>

The name \u201c\u0160oltansko maslinovo ulje\u201d<\/strong> represents a Protected\nDesignation of Origin (PDO) registered and protected at the level of the\nEuropean Union.<\/p>

Products bearing this designation, including products of the Association Zlatna\n\u0160oltanka<\/em>, are produced in accordance with the official product\nspecification approved by the European Commission, which guarantees their\norigin, quality, and authenticity. The control plan for the product \u201c\u0160oltansko\nmaslinovo ulje\u201d \u2013 PDO<\/strong>, under which conformity of the product with the\napproved specification is verified, was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture\non 11 September 2017 (Class: 310-26\/16-01\/70; Reference No.: 378-17-5).<\/p>

Any unauthorised use, imitation, or misuse of the protected name, including\nexpressions such as \u201ctype\u201d, \u201cstyle\u201d, or similar formulations, is prohibited in\naccordance with applicable European Union regulations.<\/p>

Amendments to the Terms<\/h3>

The Association may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall enter\ninto force upon publication on the Website.<\/p>

Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h3>

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.<\/p>
