Delivery Area

Products are delivered to all countries worldwide where delivery is technically and logistically possible through available delivery services.

Products bearing the protected designation of origin “Šolta Olive Oil” are shipped in accordance with applicable European Union regulations and the legislation of the importing country. The customer is responsible for familiarising themselves with local regulations related to the import of food products.

In the event that delivery to certain countries is restricted, the customer will be informed during the ordering process.

Delivery Method

Delivery is carried out via international and domestic courier services selected within the WooCommerce system.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs:

·        are calculated automatically in the webshop

·        depend on the destination country, the weight/value of the order, and the current price list of the delivery service

·        are displayed before the order is completed

The Association is not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges in the recipient’s country.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

·        Republic of Croatia: 3–5 business days

·        European Union: 5–7 business days

·        Other countries: 7–12 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and the delivery service.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders outside the European Union, the customer bears any applicable costs related to:

·        customs duties

·        import taxes

·        other charges prescribed by the laws of the importing country

Damages and Complaints

The customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt.

In the event of damage or loss of contents, the delivery service must be notified immediately, and the Association should be contacted via email.
