By using the Website and the webshop, you accept these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Website or the webshop.

Description of Services

The Website enables the sale of products (olive oil and related products) through the WooCommerce webshop, as well as providing information about the activities and work of the Association.

Registration and Orders

Purchases in the webshop can be made without registration.

The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

The sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices and Payment

All prices are expressed in [EUR] and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

The Association reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment is made using the methods available in the webshop (e.g. card payment, bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice).

Limitation of Liability

The Association shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the Website, technical difficulties, temporary unavailability of the webshop, or errors in the payment system.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use of the content is not permitted.

Protected Designation of Origin

The name “Šoltansko maslinovo ulje” represents a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) registered and protected at the level of the European Union.

Products bearing this designation, including products of the Association Zlatna Šoltanka, are produced in accordance with the official product specification approved by the European Commission, which guarantees their origin, quality, and authenticity. The control plan for the product “Šoltansko maslinovo ulje” – PDO, under which conformity of the product with the approved specification is verified, was approved by the Ministry of Agriculture on 11 September 2017 (Class: 310-26/16-01/70; Reference No.: 378-17-5).

Any unauthorised use, imitation, or misuse of the protected name, including expressions such as “type”, “style”, or similar formulations, is prohibited in accordance with applicable European Union regulations.

Amendments to the Terms

The Association may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall enter into force upon publication on the Website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

In the event of a dispute, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
