Choose from single-variety olive oil made from the Šoltanka variety, a blend of indigenous Šoltanka and Oblica varieties, or organic olive oil from the Oblica variety. All are award-winning oils with high levels of polyphenols, offering added health benefits. The three oils are presented in an elegant black gift box, with a booklet containing all the information placed inside the lid of the box.

All three oils are protected by a designation of origin, giving consumers a guarantee that the olives were grown on Šolta, processed at a Šolta olive mill, chemically and sensorily tested to meet the strict specification criteria, and finally bottled on the island. Only such oils are allowed to leave Šolta!

Individually, the oils are:

  • Organic single-variety olive oil from the Šoltanka variety, which has consecutively won Gold Medals at international competitions in New York, Tokyo, and Dubai. In 2019, it was declared the best organic single-variety olive oil in the world in New York!

  • Organic olive oil from the indigenous Šoltanka and Oblica varieties, which last year won Silver Medals in New York and Athens, and in 2021 received a Gold Medal at the IOOC in Italy.

  • Conventional olive oil from Šoltanka and Oblica varieties, which in 2020 won a Gold Medal in Dubai, the Best in Class Award in Japan, and was declared the best Croatian olive oil of the year. In 2021, it again won Gold Medals in Tokyo and New York.
